Tattooing is $150 per hour, with a $80 minimum charge. All tattoo appointments require a nonrefundable $20 deposit when being booked. We offer free consultations for tattoos. Primal Instinct accepts cash payments only so appointments need to be booked in person. Every tattoo and piercing requires valid government issued photo ID prior to being performed(BCID, drivers license, passport, care card and student ID together) The age for tattooing is 18 and for piercing it's 16. If you are underage we require a parent to sign the release form for you, and we need ID for both parties. If you are underage the artist will decide if they will perform the tattoo or piercing depending on your age and the location. Many piercings are $60(nose, lip, navel, ear cartilage, eyebrow, nipple). We have been doing microdermals for 4 years, and they are $100 each. These prices include initial jewelry and tax.
