Studio classes offered are: Gentle, Power, Rest & Restoration, Yoga Therapy and Karma, we also specialize in Yoga Warriors. Our Floating Studio classes: SUPYoga (Stand Up Paddleboard) & SUP Skills. MYS is an exclusive Boga Yoga floating Yoga Studio. Offering a full line up of SUP Yoga classes throughout the summer months and into September/ early Oct weather dependent. We will be on Lake Muskoka and are available for travelling to your location. MYS also offers an exclusive program for First Responders, Medical & Military Professionals. This is our Yoga Warriors program and is designed specifically to reduce stress and encourage relaxation in participants who work in or have worked in high stress work environments. The only Studio to offer SUPYoga Certification in Ontario to other teachers, we are a leader in our industry. ** NOTE:All of our instructors are Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers as well as SUPYoga Certified teachers.
