Returns & Refunds: City Streets prides itself on its high level of customer service, offered, and our return policy is an extension of this customer focused philosophy. Customers must present themselves for return with the bill of sale. In order to be eligible, customers must return item/s within 120 days from the date of purchase. The item/s must be new, unworn and unwashed and/or defective. If the receipt is not presented, only an exchange or credit note can be issued. Final Sale items can only be returned within 7 days with receipt. Ask our sale representatives for more details. Gift Certificates: City Streets offers gift certificates for sales to our customers, redeemable at any of our stores. Certificates are sold in multiples of $5.00. The original certificate is required at the time of redemption and expires 1 year after date of purchase. Certificates can be purchased in stores or on our website (www.cstreets.ca) with a credit card. When purchased online, certificates are shipped to destination, free of charge. Layaway Policies: At City Streets, we believe layaways are a privilege. Abuse of this privilege results in the privilege being taken away. A 20% initial deposit is required. Maximum layaway duration is four weeks.
