Business Proposal September 28, 2010 Summary :- I hold 10 valid Mineral Tenure Cells south west of Revelstoke across the lake from the ski development. They total 200 hectares at the Town Limits and have the address of 2131 Mt.Begbie Road. B.C. hydro is at the gate. I have owned and operated the Begbie Flagstone Quarry within these Tenures for the last 5 years. The Quarry has been in continuous operation for 50 years and the stone products are well known. These Tenure Cells blanket 120 acres of prime development land currently surveyed and owned and reserved by the Crown. One of the 40 acre parcels is waterfrontage across from the ski hill. I wish to sell the Mineral Tenures that cover the Quarry, and the current valid operating Permit that allows me to take and sell decorative stone and other stone products. The premise herein suggested is that if and when the Crown releases the 120 acres for sale to the Public the owner of the Quarry rights at that time would have prior rights to purchase said acreage from the Crown. Prior to my acquisition of the Tenures the previous owner had a valid Occupation Permit on one of the 40 acre parcels and had placed a house trailer on it. In other words a precedent has already been set. My preference is to sell the Mineral Tenures but I remain open to modifications. Details by request. Thank you. K.G.
