Moira Lake is 25 min north of Belleville. This beautiful 3 bedroom cottage offers sunken living room, screened in porch, 3 bedrooms: queen bed, bunk-bed with double/single and a single bed in the 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and small appliances. Propane BBQ included.
Plenty of outdoor space for soccer, bocce ball, badminton, etc. There is a large sand pile for your children to create amazing sand sculptures and enjoy hours of creative play. Enjoy your very own 120 ft of lake front with spectacular sunrise/sunsets. A row boat is included. Shared docking priviledges if you have your own boat. Fishing is excellent - pike, walleye, bass and muskellunge. Enjoy the sounds and sights of wildlife, soak up the sun. Take a dip in the cool fresh lake and swim laps to the raft. At night enjoy a nice fire beside the water.
The village of Madoc is 2 KM north with grocery, hardware, and variety of shops. Madoc offers a fabulous children's playground and a competition class skate park. Moira Lake is approx 2 hours from the GTA. No Smoking.
