Miss Priss Boutique
As long as I can remember I've had a passion for being an entrepreneur. From buying 1 cent candies from the gas station and selling them to my siblings for 10 cents ea, too making bracelets out of gimp and selling them at a local store. It was only natural for me to want to find a way to stay home, make money and most importantly, raise my new baby girl. Since the candy gig could only take me so far, I remembered how much I enjoyed sewing in high school.....at least when I decided to show up.
I bought myself a sewing machine and made my first bag. My sincere apologies to whomever bought that bag.....I have learned so much since then ;-) I moved from Nelson to Courtenay, BC and started doing the local markets. I remember being so shocked that someone would actually pay money for something I MADE!!. I still have a hard time with that sometimes.
Over the years, I've expanded from handbags to children's clothing. The fabrics, the bright colors, the expression on a little girl's face when she tries on her new dress. It's priceless and I love every minute of it.
Throughout the years I've found some fantastic accessories and items that compliment my Boutique. I love to focus on locally made but still offer neat finds form around the world.
Welcome to my page....I hope you enjoy.
