Mo Tus Nua means 'My New Beginning' in Irish, which is what this venture is for Kylie, her health and mostly her life ♥ Hopefully introducing your children, and even yourselves to yoga will be a 'new beginning' for you and your family as well!
Training & More about Kylie:
Originally getting certified as a Kids & Family instructor by the AMAZING Rainbow Kids yoga, Kylie had planned on just teaching kids classes. In her Montessori theorized home preschool, she introduced 'yoga' at different levels, throughout the day. To Kylie, yoga is living a healthy, clean and POSITIVE lifestyle. It isn't just asanas, or postures. The children learn to practice breath control, and how to deal with anger and frustration in positive ways. Her kids' classes are silly, crazy, sometimes loud and wonderful all at the same time. So if you're new to the gig keep and open mind!!!
With pilates as a first love, Kylie incorporates the powerful and vigorous pilates core mat moves, with powerflow yoga, creating a fun and unique alternative form of full body conditioning. You won't find another class like Hot Powerflow!
Kylie also teaches a hot yoga foundation class based on the bikram series for those needing to work on focus, discipline and intense strength training.
For those interested in increasing flexibility, learning about breath control, and basic guided meditation and relaxation, Kylie teaches a soothing Gentle Flow class based on yin yoga.

Kylie has lived in Thompson her entire life, and has been a business owner in the community since 2007.
Location: Norplex Pool Meeting room. (First door on the right BEFORE the changeroom door entrance, and up the stairs, turn left).
I am open to other locations as well that would suit you better for private classes, or birthday parties, pre-wedding relax parties and more.
Classes vary to keep students open and engaged.
