Curves Complete is an exciting new program that offers the complete solution to weight loss. Only Curves Complete combines the right exercise with the right meal plan and one-on-one coaching to maximize fat loss and rev-up your metabolism. And as always, you get the support and encouragement of the Curves community to help you reach your goals.
Whether you are interested in losing weight, building strength, toning, or gaining energy, the Curves circuit will work for you. We combine strength training, cardio, and flexibility into a 30 minute workout that's fun, fast, and effective!
Our facility is CurvesSmart! We have computerized equipment that is personalized just for you! CurvesSmart gives you instant feedback while you are using the machines and automatically adjusts your targets based on your previous performance. You will also get a report after your workout that shows you how you did, including calories burned and overall muscle strength. This increases motivation and results!
We also offer the Curves Circuit with Zumba! This is a unique 30 minute workout that combines Zumba dance moves with the Curves machines for a highly effective and fun workout. It won't even feel like you're exercising! Currently offered Wednesdays at 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm.
