Cat O’Connor’s training is based on a variety of yoga philosophies. Blending many of these aspects with various components into each class, with a primary focus on a vinyasa flow, or breathe synchronized movement through the various postures. Each class will cater to people of various levels, from the beginner to the more advanced student. Cat always strives to take into consideration the various levels & abilities in each class and will adapt as needed based on the group. Tre Sorelle, which means 3 sisters in Italian, is a family owned and run business in downtown Orillia. Sisters, Lisa, Gina and Carla started very small, selling only homemade pasta, sauce and meatballs at a local farmer’s market. These three basic Italian staples soon became one of the many dishes that are created in the Tre Sorelle kitchen. Most of the Italian delicacies at Tre Sorelle are taken from family recipes that the sisters grew up enjoying. As well, they are always creating fresh new menu items that are made with the same old world appeal.
