Aldo began North Bay Toyota in 1978. Since that point the success and growth of North Bay Toyota has revolved around his commitment to the customers, their satisfaction and integrity dealings throughout the dealership.
With these principals, Aldo has developed a solid reputation in North Bay. "If you treat everyone well, you will succeed! Put yourself in the customer's shoes before making a decision," are some of the basic building blocks he has entrenched in his staff. "I know that I have done the right job when I walk through the mall or the showroom and Toyota owners approach me as a friend." Aldo values all of the relationships he has built through the years and ensures that the existing management does everything possible to further them.
Since 1990, Aldo has shared the task of managing the dealership with his general manager, Tim Falconi.
Tim Falconi, General Manager.
In 1987, Tim Falconi started with North Bay Toyota working summers in the clean up department. As he finished his Honors Bachelor of Commerce with Nipissing/Laurentian University he gained experience in many difference areas of the dealership before joining the team full time in 1990.
During the years that followed, Tim has developed much of the same management style that the dealership was built on. He shares many of the values for which Aldo and North Bay Toyota have become known. "The car business is more about relationships than it is about the cars. The better the relationships you share with your customers, your suppliers and the factory, the better your results will be."
Tim is committed to running the dealership in the fashion in which it began, and maintaining the excellent name of North Bay Toyota which Aldo developed.
