Early Intervention is a homebased program providing support to developmentally delayed children, children at risk of delay and their families. Early Intervention helps families meet their needs through a supportive family-centered approach to learning and development. Funding for Early InterventionPrograms is provided by the Provincial Department of Community Services and through local community fundraising. Pictou County Early Intervention is a United Way Member Funded Agency. The program is partially funded by the United Way of Pictou County. We gratefully acknowledge the generosity of the United Way in helping us provide early intervention services to families in Pictou County.
