A certified baker, Jenny owned the Trincomali Bakery on Galiano Island for 10 years. She has traveled the world and taken cooking classes in all the countries that she’s visited.

At Chopstix we believe that it is our dedication to advanced training and education that set us apart. Our entire staff of professional stylists are trained in house by our owner and Artistic Director Darlene Munn who is a Paul Mitchell Senior National Educator herself.
