« Max » est un nom général qui représente et regroupe une équipe de professionnels de la thérapie musculo-squelettique (possédant tous une expertise particulière) dans un seul « Institut de la santé ». La marque Institut de la santé Max chapeaute le premier centre de ce genre dans l’ensemble de la région atlantique. Situé à Dieppe et maintenant à Fredericton au Nouveau-Brunswick, l’Institut de la santé Max a ouvert ses portes en janvier 2006.
Les thérapeutes et médecins au service de l’Institut travaillent dans le but exprès de permettre aux patients de recouvrer la santé efficacement et rapidement à l’aide d’une approche préconisant la coopération. La meilleure thérapie est issue d’une concertation entre les membres de l’équipe, de la mise en commun et de l’appui des efforts de chacun.
L’Institut encourage un mode de vie sain et est doté d’équipements de réadaptation de pointe qui permettent aux professionnels d’offrir les meilleurs soins en matière de prévention, d’évaluation, de traitement et de réadaptation d’une clientèle variée.
