Master winemaker Mauro Salvador takes the best of the many varietals grown on the estate to produce a broad and compelling range of still wines, icewines and sparkling wines crafted in the Charmat method (Metodo Italiano). Each offering is crafted to reflect the best of the terroir, the varietal, and the winemaker's skills. In addition to the many fine wines produced here, Vieni Estates also offers traditional Italian-style grappas and spirits distilled from the many fruits of Ontario. Immerse yourself further in the Vieni experience by staying at the beautifully updated Bed & Breakfast, where every room has a stunning view of the vineyards and 30 acres of protected forest along the Niagara Escarpment. What inspires me? My clients inspire ever photo, the love that a couple or family shows will be represented in the end result photo. And that makes me soo happy! What’s my style? I would describe my style as – real – romantic and elegant. I love love natural laughter, either saying something super funny to get that adorable laugh and smile. Opened in 1958. Owned by the Salverda family since 1974. Specializing in european baking, father and son bakers, Klaas and Ben are both educated bread and pastry artisans. At the store, there are a wide array of products. Breads and rolls, cookies, locally famous doughnuts, pies and tarts, cakes, fine european pastries, and wedding cakes. Everything the sweeter side will desire!
