Customers must present themselves for return with the bill of sale. In order to be eligible, customers must return item/s within 120 days from the date of purchase. The item/s must be new, unworn and unwashed and/or defective. If the receipt is not presented, only an exchange or credit note can be issued. Final Sale items can only be returned within 7 days with receipt. Ask our sale representatives for more details. Gift Certificates: City Streets offers gift certificates for sales to our customers, redeemable at any of our stores. Certificates are sold in multiples of $5.00. The original certificate is required at the time of redemption and expires 1 year after date of purchase. Certificates can be purchased in stores or on our website (www.cstreets.ca) with a credit card. When purchased online, certificates are shipped to destination, free of charge. Layaway Policies: At City Streets, we believe layaways are a privilege. Abuse of this privilege results in the privilege being taken away. A 20% initial deposit is required. Maximum layaway duration is four weeks. Clean, Quiet, Close. Whidden Park offers a family camping and cottage experience like no other. Our grounds and buildings are well kept and clean, we have zero tolerance for noise during quiet time, and our downtown location means everything Antigonish has to offer is at your fingertips! ********* Overview: ********* Whidden Park has been providing people with a place to stay in Antigonish for over 50 years. Previously the Whidden family's farmland, Whidden Park's founder, Albert Whidden, saw the growing town around him and jumped on the opportunity to provide its visitors with a convenient place to stay. Located on the corner of Main and Hawthorne Street, Whidden Park's 15 acre parkland is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment yet enjoys an abundance of natural beauty from its numerous trees and its situation on the Brierly Brook. This unique situation gives Whidden Park the best of both worlds - a natural environment paired with all the benefits of being in an urban centre. Guests have the choice to rent one of the 154 Campsites or one of the 9 Cottages. Both offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rate options. ********* Campsites: ********* Sites are suitable for tenting or RV-ing. Services available include 2-Way (water and electricity) and 3-Way (water, electricity, sewer, and cable). Unserviced sites are also available for tents and vans. All serviced sites have 30 Amp power and tap water is drinkable. Campfires are permitted but, due to complaints from neighbours and rumours of a pending town bylaw, we have limited the number of fireplaces available in an attempt to reduce the amount of smoke being produced. As such, guests are guaranteed a fireplace at least once every three nights of a stay. Heated washrooms and showers are available to guests and laundry service is also available on site. Wireless Internet is available throughout the Park for guests who have WiFi-ready devices. ******** Cottages: ******** For guests wishing to sleep indoors instead of camping, Whidden Park has nine 2 bedroom mini-homes available by the night, week, or month. Each unit has a full kitchen and living room and contains all linens, pots, pans, cutlery and flatware. To combat the heat of the Antigonish summer, each Cottage is also equipped with an air conditioner.
