The pre natal programs are 6 weeks in length and include modernized birth preparation sessions on the topics of body preparation, relaxation techniques, post-partum, infant care, Doula support and more. The pre natal program is led by a certified pre natal educator and in most cases, by a Registered Nurse. Mommy Connections post natal programs are 8 weeks in length and are designed to connect and educate new moms through interactive demos and expert speakers on modern topics. Mom and baby attend these eight 1.5 hour sessions and at the end of the program, the moms have their very own support network through a moms group.
