Policies:
Payment, Booking and Cancellation Policy
Payment in full is required before or on the date of the session. Memorable Moments By Lindsey reserves the right to request a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The client accepts that any deposit paid is not refundable should the client cancel the session booking.
Editing & Re-touch Policy
Session photographs are processed and basic retouching is conducted at the discretion of Memorable Moments By Lindsey. Minor and/or temporary blemishes such as pimples, cuts and scratches may be removed during this process. It is not policy to swap heads, “thin” or “fatten” the subject or to change the physique or physical attributes of the subject or to artificially change the environment in which the photographs were taken.
Images further edited by or on behalf of the client and not by Memorable Moments By Lindsey are in direct violation of Memorable Moments By Lindsey copyright, unless client has received expressed, written permission by Memorable Moments By Lindsey.
Refund Policy
Session fees are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your photographs for reasons particular to the quality of the photographs, a partial refund may be arranged if the matter cannot be reasonably resolved. However, if you are not happy with the images due to yours or the subject’s non-cooperation during the session, change of mind regarding waredrobe choice or any other reason due to matters beyond the control of Memorable Moments By Lindsey, no refund applies. Once digital images or prints have been delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds apply.
Social Media Policy
All images remain the property of, and are copyrighted to, Memorable Moments By Lindsey. The posting of any images to websites and social media is generally authorised but MUST be accompanied with clear credit to Memorable Moments By Lindsey|Lindsey Gaehring.
Images further edited by or on behalf of the client and not by Memorable Moments By Lindsey are not to be displayed or distributed without express, written permission, by Memorable Moments By Lindsey, as they violate the Memorable Moments By Lindsey copyright.
RAW & Un-edited Images Policy
Memorable Moments By Lindsey does not provide RAW or unedited images.
Promotional and Website Policy
Unless permission is expressly withheld by the client at the time of the session, Memorable Moments By Lindsey reserves the right to publish session images onto websites and social media pages as well as to make any prints of images and to use the images for promotional or exhibition purposes. However Memorable Moments By Lindsey cannot be held responsible should the images be illegally copied by third parties.
