The Old Cut Marina Basin is located on Long Point Bay. Our location boasts the fastest and easiest access to all the Bay has to offer from Long Point. We have 140 Slips consisting of 85 Boathouses and 55 open docks. We can accomodate boats from 12 ft to 28ft. Our boathouses offer privacy and hydro at no extra charge. Hydro is also available on our open slips.
